Refund & Cancellation
At Legends Media Mastery, we aim to deliver high-quality creative education. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
1. General Principles
- Refunds and returns are processed in accordance with Indian consumer protection and e-commerce laws.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@themediamastery.com.
- Refunds are initiated only to the original payment method used.
2. Digital Courses & Online Programs
- Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase only if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
- No refunds once significant course content has been viewed or downloaded.
- Technical issues will be resolved promptly by our support team before refund is considered.
- Course access is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
3. Workshops & Events
- Cancellations made 5 days before the event start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made after that period will not be eligible for a refund.
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, participants can choose between a full refund or a credit transfer.
- Event tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
4. Physical Products
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or mismatched.
- The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless the product was delivered damaged.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and receipt of returned goods.
We use Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, India Post, and other partners based on your pincode.
5. Refund Timeline
Once the refund request is approved:
- Processing time: within 7 business days
- Actual credit may vary based on payment gateway or bank timelines (Razorpay, ZohoPay, PhonePe).
6. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Fully accessed or downloaded digital content
- Services already rendered (mentorship, consultation, etc.)
- Used or tampered physical products
- Refund claims based on user negligence or fraudulent activity
7. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
If a refund request appears fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive, Legends Media Mastery Studio LLP reserves the right to reject it and may restrict future purchases.
8. Force Majeure
In cases where services are interrupted by events beyond our control (pandemic, natural disaster, etc.), refunds or rescheduling options will be offered as feasible.
9. How to Request a Refund

Order ID or transaction ID
Registered Identifiers: Email and phone number
Reason for refund and supporting details (if applicable)
Our support team will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days.
